Registration<\/h1>\n

Registration is now open for the RNA 2020 on-line meeting.\u00a0If you previously registered to attend the RNA 2020 live meeting in Vancouver prior to March 20, 2020 do not<\/u> register again. Your registration has automatically carried over for the online meeting. Registration will close on Tuesday, May 19 at 23:59 GMT. Unfortunately no new registrations can be accepted after this time.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Those who wish to submit an abstract must first register to attend the conference.\u00a0The deadline for submission of poster-only abstracts is April 27, 2020.<\/strong>\u00a0 Immediately after completing your registration, you will receive a confirming email containing a link to the abstract submission site. If you do not receive this email within a few minutes of registering, please check your junk folder and contact us to resend it if you haven\u2019t received the email.<\/p>\n

On-line Meeting Registration Fees<\/strong>
\nRegistration for current RNA Society members is free of charge. Please be prepared with your membership ID number to complete the registration form.<\/p>\n

The fee for non-members is $200 USD.<\/p>\n

Click\u00a0<\/strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>\u00a0to register.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong>The first step will be to create a password in the Oxford Abstracts system. Start with your email address, and\u00a0click the link \u201cEmail not found, register?\u201d to create a password.\u00a0Use the name and\u00a0email\u00a0address of the actual attendee when creating this account\u00a0<\/strong>(if you are registering for somebody else, do not use your own name or email address.)<\/p>\n

Your membership must be current for 2020 to receive free member registration. To join or renew now click\u00a0<\/strong>HERE<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong>
\nThe conference must receive notification of cancellation in writing by email at\u00a0RNA2020@null<\/span>rnasociety.org<\/a>. Payments are not refundable after May 1, 2020.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/strong>
\nPayment must be made in full at the time of registration in one of the following ways. Your registration will be acknowledged by email but is not confirmed until full payment is received.<\/p>\n

Credit Card:<\/u>\u00a0We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Discover. Please note that the merchant identified on your credit card billing statement will be \u201cSimple Meetings\u201d.<\/p>\n

Checks:<\/u>\u00a0Checks must be received by May 10, 2020 or your abstract may be removed from the program. Please make checks payable in US Dollars to \u201cSimple Meetings\u201d and mail to:<\/p>\n
