RNA 2012 Poster Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Poster sessions will take place on the 2nd floor of the Michigan League on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday evening from 20:00 \u2013 22:30.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Beverages and light snacks will be provided.\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n

Poster dimensions<\/strong>: Must not exceed 4 feet (1.2 meters) high x 4 feet (1.2 meters) wide. Pushpins to facilitate display will be provided for your use.\u00a0 Posters will only be displayed for one night.\u00a0 \u00a0Two posters will share each side of an 8 foot x 4 foot board so please respect your board-partner\u2019s space by staying within the size limit.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poster Set-up:<\/strong>\u00a0 You may set-up your poster between 13:00 and 19:00 on the day you are presenting.\u00a0 Posters must be in place by 19:00 on your presentation day.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Poster Tear-down:<\/strong>\u00a0 You must remove your poster by 9:00 the morning following your poster presentation.\u00a0 Any posters left behind are at risk of being destroyed.<\/strong><\/p>\n

RNA 2012 Speaker Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n

PowerPoint 2007 or Keynote 5 presentation files should be saved on a USB flash memory drive, CD-R or CD-RW.\u00a0\u00a0 Slide size 1024 x 768 pixels.\u00a0 Embedded video can be no larger than 1024 x 768.<\/p>\n

We strongly urge all speakers to use the PC and Mac laptops provided at the site to avoid compatibility issues with the projector and to keep the program running smoothly.<\/p>\n

Speakers\u00a0can load\u00a0slides onto the presentation laptop in\u00a0their assigned\u00a0auditorium any time that the room is open and a session is not in process.\u00a0 This includes before sessions start, during breaks and during lunch. Speakers who are presenting in the next scheduled session will have priority.<\/p>\n

All speakers must have loaded their slides a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the start of their session.<\/p>\n

Rooms will be open during the following times:
\nPower Center<\/strong> (site of all\u00a0plenary sessions and concurrent sessions)
\nTuesday, May 29, 14:00 to 20:00
\nWednesday, May 30, 08:00 to 17:15
\nThursday, May 31, 08:00 to 17:15
\nFriday, June 1, from 08:00 to 17:30
\nSaturday, June 2, 08:00 to 14:00<\/p>\n

Rackham Auditorium<\/strong> (site of concurrent sessions)
\nWednesday, May 30, 12:30 to 17:15
\nThursday, May 31, 12:30 to 17:15
\nFriday, June 1, 12:30 to 17:30.
\nSaturday from 08:00 to 12:30<\/p>\n

Rackham laptops will also be available at the registration desk in the Power Center Lobby on Tuesday, May 29, from 14:00 to 20:00.<\/em><\/p>\n

Overhead and 35mm projectors will NOT be available.\u00a0 We can support DVD – maximum resolution 720 x 480.\u00a0 DVDs should be able to be played in a home-style DVD player.\u00a0 No menus.<\/p>\n
