Accommodations<\/h1>\n

The conference has rooms blocked at four Madison hotels and in Ogg Hall on the UW campus, offering a range of amenities and prices to suit a variety of preferences. Click on the hotel name to visit the website for additional information about each hotel.<\/p>\n

Hotel reservations<\/strong> should be made directly with the hotel, following the procedures described below. You must associate your reservation with RNA 2015 at the time of booking to receive the discounted RNA rate<\/em>. <\/strong>The reservation deadline is April 25, 2015<\/strong>, however the number of discounted rooms at each hotel is limited, so it is possible that a hotel will become full or the prices could increase before April 25. Note that hotel fees are subject to state and local taxes, currently 14.5% and subject to change. Hotels will require a credit card guarantee for booking.<\/p>\n

UW Ogg Hall reservations<\/strong> should be made using the online conference registration system. When asked about lodging, mark that you wish to stay at Ogg Hall and include it in the fee calculation section of the registration form. Full payment will be collected at the time of registration Cancellations prior to April 25, 2015 will be refunded subject to a $30 cancellation fee. After April 25, 2015 UW residence hall reservations are not refundable.<\/p>\n
