The current research focuses on “explore the role of RNA structures and interactions in biology”, “develop targeting tools for detection, imaging, intervention of important RNA structures and interactions”, as well as “invent innovative nucleic acid-based technologies for sensing chemical pollutants and biological toxins”. With adequate funds, great team spirit and scholarly culture, we invites 1 postdoctoral fellow in biology and 1 postdoctoral fellow in analytical chemistry/chemical biology to join.

Research Themes
1) G-quadruplex structure and function
2) RNA biology and gene regulation
3) Aptamer development and application

1)      Candidates with excellent molecular biology and chemical biology skills with experience in RNA structure and biology will be preferred for the biologist postdoc post.
2)      Candidates with excellent analytical chemistry and molecular science skills with experience in nucleic acid aptamer and biosensing will be preferred for the chemist postdoc post.
3)      Qualified candidates should have accomplished their Ph.D. degree in related areas, strong publication track records.
4)      Good skills with English literature reading, listening, writing and presentation.

Salary will be negotiable depending on research experience, publications, qualifications and laboratory-related mindsets and skillsets.

To apply
Candidates should send their Curriculum Vitae and a cover letter summarizing:
– A description of research accomplishments
– Research interests and plans
– Contact information of at least two referees for supporting letter request
